Closer to yourself.
A deeper
understanding
of your health.
From periods and cycles to endometriosis and PCOS/PMOS, through menopause and the years beyond. OVARIANA helps you keep observations, build your knowledge and prepare questions for your doctor.

You do not have to remember everything.
When did it start, how often does it return, and what does it make harder? A short note helps preserve details that can be easy to forget. Bring them into your appointment and talk about what matters most to you.
Notes are support, not a requirement for a visit. Do not delay seeking advice to collect a complete history.

Explore our missionQuestions about OVARIANA
Why would I use OVARIANA?
OVARIANA helps you keep observations about your health between appointments: symptoms, your period, how you feel and your own notes. You can return to dated entries, prepare a report of symptoms and bleeding, and explore topics you want to ask your doctor about. You record as much as you like, at your own pace. The app does not diagnose, identify fertile days or work as contraception.
Can OVARIANA help if endometriosis is suspected?
It can help you prepare for a conversation with your doctor: describe when symptoms appeared, how often they returned and how they related to your period. Assessment and further tests are for your doctor; the app does not detect endometriosis or estimate how likely it is. Do not put off seeing a doctor in order to collect a complete history first.
Can I give my report to a doctor who does not have an OVARIANA account?
Yes. You can print the report or save it as a PDF and give it to your doctor yourself; they do not need an OVARIANA account. You decide what to show, and the report does not include every type of entry. The app does not send the report automatically or give your doctor access to your account.

Knowledge across languages
OVARIANA is developing a multilingual knowledge library. Healthcare pathways and screening programmes described for a particular country do not automatically apply elsewhere.
